To make your new temporary tattoo last as long as possible, here are some simple after care instructions that you should follow.

Body ink will not adhere well to oily skin. When the airbrush tattoos are applied the area is wiped with alcohol, this removes oil and dirt from the area to help the tattoo stick to the skin.

1) Apply baby powder or talcum powder daily to absorb the oil that your body naturally produces through your skin

2) When showering, wash around the tattoo. Try the best you can to not get any soap on the tattoo. As soaps and shampoos have moisturizers and oil in them, they will decrease the amount of time your tattoo lasts.

3) When you get out of the shower gently pat (do not rub) the tattoo dry then apply your talc/baby powder again.

4) Always avoid rubbing the tattoo in any way. Tight fitting clothing that rubs directly on the tattoo will rub parts of the tattoo off your skin.

*Note - Drinking alcoholic beverages may decrease the time your tattoo lasts, allowing alcohol to be released from the skin and degrade the ink
